The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Balikpapan City has again determined the Best Employee for each quarter in 2024. This assessment is conducted based on the highest average value of the Employee Performance Index which is calculated objectively by considering three main indicators, namely:

Employee Performance (40%)

Employee Behavior (40%)

Discipline (20%)
