Meeting on Public Service Quality Improvement Activities

BPS-Statistics Balikpapan Municipality organized a training session to enhance the quality of public services and strengthen sectoral statistics development within BPS Balikpapan. The event, held on Tuesday (18/03), carried the theme "The Role of Civil Servants in Public Service."

This training aimed to improve the capacity of civil servants (ASN) in providing excellent public services while promoting better implementation of sectoral statistical standards.
