SUPAS Officer Training in 2025

BPS Balikpapan Municipality has completed the 2025 Intercensus Population Survey (SUPAS) Officer Training. This training was held in a hybrid manner, with online training held on June 2-3, 2025 and offline training on June 4, 2025 at Hotel Pacific Balikpapan.

Have you previously known what SUPAS is? The Inter-Census Population Survey is a survey conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics to estimate the population and demographic indicators between two population censuses. This survey is conducted routinely every ten years, and its purpose is to determine the number, distribution, and composition of the population, as well as demographic parameters such as fertility, migration, and mortality.
