Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) of star-classified hotels in Balikpapan Municipality in July 2024 was recorded at 68.77 percent, which represents a decrease of 1.73 points compared to the ROR in the previous month. However, compared to the ROR in the same month the previous year, July 2023, the ROR in July 2024 increased by 4.18 points. The average length of stay for guests at star-classified hotels in July 2024 was 1.75 days. The guests consisted of foreign and domestic visitors. The average length of stay for foreign guests was 2.44 days, while for domestic guests, it was 1.74 days
