Analysis of Data Needs Survey Results of BPS Balikpapan Municipality 2024

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), as one of the providers of organizers of public services that provide statistical data and information, is always strive to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has organized SKM routinely every year which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims to to obtain the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, it is also aims to identify data needs and the level of satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS. The report on the results of the implementation of SKD 2024 is presented in the form of publication entitled “Analysis of the Results of Data Needs Survey of BPS Balikpapan Municipality 2024”. This publication contains an overview of the data needs of consumers and consumers' perceptions on the performance of PST services of BPS Balikpapan Municipality as well as consumers' perception on the quality of BPS data. The main indicators presented in this publication include presented in this publication include Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Anti-corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
