As one of the organizations providing public services, BPS Kota Balikpapan refers to the benchmarks that have been determined, namely Government Regulation Number 96 of 2012 concerning Public Services and Regulation of the Head of the Central Bureau of Statistics Number 64 of 2024 concerning Integrated Statistical Service Standards.

If #SahabatData has complaints or criticism on the performance of public services provided by BPS Kota Balikpapan, #SahabatData can submit it through the National Public Service Complaint Management System - People's Online Aspiration and Complaint Service (SP4N-LAPOR). SP4N-LAPOR is present to realize the “No Wrong Door Policy” so that complaints from anywhere and any type will be channeled to public service providers who are authorized to handle them.
