Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star classification hotels in Balikpapan Municipality in September 2024 was recorded at 65.88 percent.September 2024 was recorded at 65.88 percent, this figure decreased by 2.94 points compared to the previous month's TPK. When compared with the condition of TPK the previous year, namely September 2023, the TPK of September 2024 increased by 7.29 points.an increase of 7.29 points.The average length of stay of star classification hotel guests in September 2024 reached 1.66 days. The average length of stay of foreign guests reached 1.99 days while the average length of stay of domestic guests reached 1.66 days.length of stay of domestic guests reached 1.65 days.
